Attention Coaches, parents, and student athletes,

In order to participate (coaching and playing) in school athletics I'll need the following from each of you:

Parents- If you haven't, please create your parent accounts and student accounts at https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/.  Once you're on the login page, click sign up.  Link your account to your student(s) account, and complete all athletic forms.

Coaches- By now, you all should have received an email invite requesting you to create your accounts and complete your forms.  Also, the expectation is that you all should be in contact with any new or returning student athletes and parents encouraging them to complete these documents.  Provide your current 1st Aid/CPR certifications or proof of completion.

Student athletes- Please encourage your parents to create both accounts and assist you in completing your paperwork.  Both (student athlete and parents) signatures are required on most documents.  Please sign and submit for approval.

Failure to comply will result in no participation for the coaches and players.
